Women's Vitality: Medicine Built Around You at SuperLife Clinic with Dr. Nandini Yadav
Medicine Built Around You
Most women who come to us have been told their labs are normal. They have been dismissed, undertreated, or never asked the right questions. This program exists for them: rigorous, physician-led care combining advanced diagnostics, personalized protocols, and the kind of ongoing partnership medicine rarely offers.
Initial Consultation
A 1-hour physician visit. Full symptom mapping, history review, and a personalized care plan built around your biology, not a template.
Comprehensive Lab Panel
Advanced hormonal, cardio-metabolic, nutrient, and inflammation assessment, reviewed with you in full at each lab follow-up. Bloodwork every 3 months.
Structured Check-Ins
Every 2 weeks for the first 2 months, then monthly. Direct physician access throughout to adjust protocols as your body responds.

What the months ahead look like.
Baseline panel complete: estradiol, progesterone, FSH and LH, free and total testosterone, thyroid panel (TSH, free T4 and T3), fasting insulin, HbA1c, lipid panel, hs-CRP, and micronutrient markers. Protocol initiated based on your specific abnormalities, not a standard template.
First repeat panel and first objective checkpoint. Most patients begin noticing improvement around this stage, commonly in energy, sleep quality, and mood stability, as the first system addressed comes into range.
Second full panel plus body composition reassessment. By month 6, most patients feel noticeably better: meaningful, sustained improvement across the systems addressed so far, not just the first signs of change.
Fourth panel and full-year trend analysis. A full year allows every major system to be addressed in sequence, not just the first one or two. This is where patients typically see the most complete, comprehensive results.
Care is sequenced, not simultaneous. We address the system driving your primary symptoms first, most often hormonal, bring those markers into range, and then move systematically to the next area based on your labs, symptoms, and lifestyle: gastrointestinal health, cardiovascular risk, metabolic function, inflammation, and beyond. Most patients notice initial improvement by month 3, and feel meaningfully better by month 6.
Clear pricing, no surprises.
Bi-weekly check-ins for the first 2 months, then monthly. Bloodwork at months 3 and 6.

Most standard labs are covered through your insurance. Advanced and genomic testing available at additional cost.
